When you submit the LyonFlow inquiry form, we collect your name, business email address, inquiry message, consent record, and limited source information such as the page path and referring site. Please do not include payment information, health information, credentials, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your request, maintain the security and reliability of the inquiry service, and keep an audit record of the submission. Form consent is limited to this request and does not provide marketing, SMS, voice, calendar, or payment permission.

Retention

Website inquiry records are retained for seven calendar years from the most recent recorded interaction. Other record types may follow separate schedules, including records that must be retained or suppressed for security, audit, or legal reasons.

Sharing and tracking

The inquiry form does not activate email, SMS, voice, calendar, payment, advertising, or social-media providers. The current production preview does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or remote telemetry.
